Flags of America

The flags of America celebration exhibit is located on the first floor in the hallway leading to the meeting room.

Star Spangled Exhibit…

The exhibit celebrates flags of America and honors the upcoming patriotic holidays: Memorial Day, Flag Day and Independence Day. Featured flags and these patriotic holidays serve as reminders of our history, our shared values, and the sacrifices made by those who came before us. Join us in honoring their legacy and celebrating the spirit of America!

· Memorial Day is a sacred day dedicated to honoring and remembering the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving in the U.S. military. It is a time to reflect on their service, valor, and the freedoms they defended.

· Flag Day commemorates the adoption of the U.S. flag by the Second Continental Congress in June 14, 1777. It’s a day to honor the symbol of our nation—the stars and stripes.

· Independence Day (Fourth of July) is a pivotal day in U.S. history. The Declaration of Independence was adopted July 4, 1776, marking the birth of the United States as an independent nation.
