Sponsor a meeting

The Historical and Genealogical Society meets at the Lawrence County Museum on the second Monday of each month for a business meeting and topical presentation.

Sponsoring a meeting allows you the opportunity to share information about your business or organization. Sponsorship is $20 and also includes your name on this website, flyers about the meeting, and in the newspaper articles about the meeting.

Corporate Sponsors mean a lot to your museum. Usually, these businesses provide support to the museum by donating services and/or goods which helps save the museum much needed operating funds.

Copy Trolley

In July of 2008 Copy Trolley began donating the front cover of our membership newsletter.  Each issue includes an historical picture on the front cover but this uses a considerable amount of our printer ink for 400 copies. Ink cartridges for our printers are very expensive, so Copy Trolley's sponsorship helps the museum save money for our other operating costs. Then, in 2009, Copy Trolley began printing the entire newsletter as a donation to the museum.  The  museum newsletters are printed professionally in booklet format at nearly $600 below regular price.  These changes have greatly improved the look of the newsletter and saved the museum considerable funds and manhours.  We grately appreciate the support of Mike Mosqueda and Copy Trolley.
